Of course you did, my advertising is godlike.
The simplest way to get a nuke is actually to do the thing that is most hated, camping. Hey, its a legitimate tactic.
Killstreaks should be set as Harrier, Chopper Gunner/AC130, Nuke. Weather to use CG or AC130 is entirely up to you, however i, for the life of me, cannot use AC130 worth a crap, but that's just me. After acquiring Harrier, it is best to stay hidden and wait 4 kills for your gunner. If it is shot down...well then your shit out of luck and going to have to take a risk.
2 weapon builds that i use often are:
ACR
ACR w/ Extended mag
Akimbo G18
Semtex - Flash
R: Scavenger Pro
B: Stopping Power Pro
Y: Whatever you prefer.
50. CAL
Barret w/ FMJ or Extended mag
Akimbo G18
Claymore - stun
R: Slight of Hand
B: Stopping Power Pro
Y: Whatever you prefer.
Ground war is by far the easiest to play if you want nuke. The extended points and player slots makes ideal conditions for chopper gunner.

I use Harrier, Chopper Gunner (I like it better than an AC130 because you can continuously fire), and Nuke running around with Akimbo MP5 (people love to hate me), Stopping Power, Scavenger, and Steady Aim with M93 Raffica with a red dot as a side arm and of course Semtex and x2 Stun Grenades...it is really fun and affective on close quarters maps.
